Joweeh is an accomplished Finance Executive with 20 years of experience with renowned multinational companies. She comes with strong background on entrepreneurship and corporate governance, solid experience in acquisitions and joint ventures, and well-rounded skills on both functional accounting and business partnering.  

She started her career with Procter & Gamble as Management Trainee. Her 9-year stint included various roles in finance shared service center as well as commercial front office finance. She then joined Del Monte Pacific as Corporate Controller looking after the Group’s accounting and tax departments as well as corporate forecasting and consolidation. She was also heavily involved on acquisition and compliance to external regulations and stock exchanges.

She is currently connected with Watsons Philippines leading its finance, legal and tax departments. She is also spearheading the company’s business transformation project. Prior to Watsons, she was working for Schneider Electric as Philippines country CFO and afterwhich as East Asia Japan Regional Finance Director for Financial Planning and Analysis.
